We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional, going the extra mile to make us feel safe and cared for, especially as we were an elderly couple traveling alone. The hotel's location was great, being very close to Gatwick Airport's south terminal. The parking was good and well-lit, making it easy for us to access. The facilities at the hotel were also excellent, with clean and well-appointed rooms. The adjacent pub offered good quality and reasonably priced food, and we even had the opportunity to enjoy a drink in the sunshine. the staff, location, and facilities made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Great location near the airport. Nice pub onsite, enjoyed a drink in the sun. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Comfy beds, would stay again when traveling from Gatwick.

The hotel offers great value for money with reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and attentive to detail, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel, with a pub just outside the front door, is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat or a drink. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good amenities such as a very comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom with necessary facilities.

The location of the hotel was great, very convenient for an early morning flight. The room met all our requirements and was clean and comfortable. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, we had a pleasant stay at Premier Inn London Gatwick Airport South.
